Meet your Trip Leaders
Stephen Doran
A student of Psychology since 2001, Stephen Doran is now recognised as an NLP expert. Stephen has trained directly with three of the original founders of NLP and has published articles in NLP magazines such as ‘The Best You’. He is an official blogger for Huffington Post. 

Stephen began teaching as a support facilitator for The Brain People, before going on become a lead facilitator at Peak Performance Academy and now to be lead facilitator for Make It Happen. NLP is extremely diverse and can be used in a variety of different contexts from sales training to relationship guidance. Stephen now delivers workshops in some of the highest ranking universities in Europe and largest companies in the world on subjects including NLP, Public Speaking, Confidence, Resilience and Assertiveness. 

Stephen has been widely recognised in the media for his efforts; including charitable work with young offenders to working with professional athletes literally seconds before they step into the ring, onto the field or pitch and deliver the performance of their career. The diversity of Stephen’s coaching has led to experience and ability unmatched in his field and has also left him in popular demand. 

Stephen is the Author of the number on bestseller ‘Burn the Bullshit’, a self- improvement book focused on removing bullshit beliefs and teaching you how to live before you die. He was a semi-finalist on BBC 2’s ‘Special Forces – Ultimate Hell Week’ and is one of the main investors on TV Channels Dave’s ‘The Money Pit’. As well as being the lead facilitator for Make It Happen, he is responsible for creating the Live Daily ethos.
Will Polston
From a very young age Will always knew he wanted to be successful. With this in mind, he spent a lot of time studying those at the top. His view was if he could take all of their best attributes, mix in his own personality and drive he would be better then all of them. Practicing this simple method became his self-taught blueprint to being successful in all aspects of life.

The techniques he had taught himself throughout his career in sales helped him greatly but more so when he got to management level as he had to drive, inspire and motivate his sales staff and taught them techniques he had learnt to get the best out of themselves.

For a long time, like many others, Will’s idea of how successful someone is was based on their bank account and material belongings. It was when he attended ‘Unleash the Power Within’ a phenomenal 4 day course by world leading life coach Tony Robbins in 2012 that his view on success and his ambitions in life changed forever. It was during a very emotional story of how Tony Robbins himself fell into helping others get the best out themselves that Will had his calling. He could relate to him so much it had Will in tears of happiness! At the age of 23 he had identified his ultimate goal in life, he wanted to help as many people as possible by getting them to unlock their full potential and make it happen!

For many years he continued to study and teach himself using various resources to get to the point of finally being able to launch his company Make It Happen to make the next step towards his ultimate goal. Will is now a neuro-linguistic programming master practitioner, a member of the International Coaching Federation, the world’s only globally recognised coaching body and a certified Master Coach. He was a finalist for the Coach of The Year at the Association of Professional Coaches, Trainers and Consultant awards, spoken at TEDx and also is a blogger for The Huffington Post.

His mission is to empower 1 billion people in his lifetime.

What dates can I attend 'Marbella' ?

Arrive on Sunday 7th October, departing the villa on Friday 12th October.

Where is the trip?

You will be staying at Villa Soto in Sotogrande, Marbella.

What isn't included in the trip? 

Flights not included in the price. You will need to book your own flights, the closest airport is Malaga, 57km away from Marbella. 

Insurance is compulsory and is not included. Please keep in mind whilst booking you will be doing extreme sports.  

Tips and any additional spending money are not included.  

What do I need to bring?
  •  TWO pairs of trainers, preferably one older pair you don't mind getting wet. We will be hiking up Mt La Concha so make sure they are comfortable! (No need to bring hiking boots)
  • Swimwear
  • Clothing
  • Plenty of spare gym kit, and layers
  • Optional waterproof camera or GoPro
  • Some spare Euros for additional snacks/coffees/gifts/memorabilia etc.
  • Toiletries including shower gel and shampoo

How many people will be on the trip?

The group will be capped at 12 guests

Do I have to do all of the activities?

No, all activities are optional. If you fancy a rest then let one of the team know or feel free to sit and cheer the other guys along. We will adjust the activities so that they suit all abilities and though our aim is to push you but not to break you, let us know if you feel you are at your limit at any point during the week.

Is food included?

Yes, food is included and meals will be wholesome and nutritious, you will not be deprived of calories. There will be an on-site chef to prepare all meals. Hydration is paramount and you will be encouraged to drink water at all times.

Will there be alcohol?

There will not be any alcohol on site. 

Should I do any fitness training ahead of the trip?

We recommend that you should be able to jog for at least 10km comfortably.
